More grope my children please!

You knew it was only a matter of time, now if this guy had only kept his activities at the office ( where they belong) it would be totally legal.

A passenger screener at Philadelphia International Airport is facing charges that he distributed more than 100 images of child pornography via Facebook, records show.
Federal agents also allege that Transportation Safety Administration Officer Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, who routinely searched airline passengers, uploaded explicit pictures of young girls to an Internet site on which he also posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform.
Homeland Security agents arrested the TSA officer March 24, and he is being held without bail.
Although the case was unsealed Thursday, neither the indictment nor the news release mentioned Gordon's job searching airline passengers for TSA.

No mention  if the "sexually explicit" photos were copies of scans of  the children he taken during his time at work.  (that would be keeping you and I safe from brown folks with bombs strapped to their hemorrhoids)

TSA the new job destination for Peddos now that folks have cottoned on to that whole Catholic Priest mess. Dream job, getting paid to take nude pictures of little kids and patting them down, all in a professional manner of course....

All I can add to this whole TSA nonsense, is being a Canadian, I'm going to keep my Family (and my above par money $$$$$$$$) at home, your pre-sky check is waaaay to friendly for me and mine.

Poor Bastard...

I remember  when I first read  the US was no longer allowing Trial by Jury for sentences under 6 months anymore. This was disguised as a "cost cutting measure".  Right...it is a maneuver by the state to disallow an accused the opportunity to a fair trial judged  by his peers. The new trend in law enforcement is to "stack" several charges all worth 6 months or less, have a judge rubber stamp it as per the prosecution request and Voila you have a person serving consecutive sentences of 6 months or less that can stretch out decades.

Good job there rigging the system.

78-year-old libertarian rights activist Julian Heicklen and his wife were rousted from their bed in Teaneck NJ at 6 AM Friday morning by federal officers serving Heicklen an arrest warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment on charges of jury tampering.

Jury tampering in this case seems to consist of standing outside on a curb of a court house handing out pamphlets and talking to people  about Jury nullification and Fully Informed Jury Association, a perfectly legal  thing to do, but a real pisser to TPTB who would rather keep folks ignorant of their rights and or purpose as a juror.

Heicklen is/was looking forward to HIS day in court where he could argue his case and beef up the profile of Jury Nullification. Apparently TPTB have slightly different plans for Mr. Heicklen:

However, during his court appearance Heicklen was told that his trial for jury tampering will not be a jury trial because the penalty is 6 months or less.

How convenient for the prosecution.... no pesky judged by his peers nonsense will clutter up this trial. A penny saved is an accused turned guilty easily, no muss no fuss.......no justice.

Bullying in schools is only an issue

because teachers and the system model it so well.

Teacher gets ONE day unpaid suspension for telling students to surround fellow student and oink at him because he was too messy.

Hayes, according to the letter, had repeatedly warned the child to be neater but on March 16 told him, "Your area looks like a pig sty. Oink. Oink."
Students in the classroom told authorities that Hayes told them to encircle the child "and call him a pig and make pig noises," according to the reprimand.

One day for singling out a very young child ( he was in kindergarten) and having the whole class ridicule and humiliate him at her bidding. Egads... this person has no business working anywhere near children, let alone put in charge of or in  a position of authority over children.

“The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed a standard citizenry, to put down dissent and originality” ~ H. L. Mencken

Grope my children, please!

O.K.

I can hardly credit that there are people who believe it is not only acceptable, but preferable that they allow government officials touch their children's privates in the name of safety.

Mommy to 5 or 6 year old daughter:

Sweety let the nice lady touch your privates, it's OK really, they are just trying to keep you safe, then go pee in a cup, in their presence, so they can test you for drugs...egads.....  is there no level sooo low that a government employee won't sink to in the name of the mother land?

The League of extra ordinary thugs.

Those violent tea party folks....no wait, perhaps the melodramatic ramblings (of an  indoctrinated by the union run  education system) 14 year old ?  Complete with grammatical, punctuation and spwwwelling errors.

Since we know that you are
not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided
to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it's
necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making
them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families
and themselves then We Will "get rid of" (in which I mean kill) you. Please
understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked
everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do. We feel
that it's worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives
of 300,000 people. Please make your peace with God as soon as possible and
say goodbye to your loved ones we will not wait any longer. YOU WILL DIE!!!!

You be the judge.I think puberty must be a difficult, unstable transition for some unfortunate souls.

Heh...You may ask: GL who are YOU to point out  grammar, punctuation and spwwwwelling eh? You are the Queen of incorrect spwwwweliing, punctuation  and grammar.

My answer is as follows; I accept the crown and wish to thank alllllllll the little people for making this possible. Yi Yi Yi I like you very much.........

Rubbing salt in the womb

This is hardly surprising given the USA is a country that now requires you to chose between staring in a mini porn film or accept  sexual assault by representatives of the government in order to board a plane.

One of Gov.  Rick Perry's designated "emergency" pieces of legislation cleared an early hurdle on Wednesday when the Senate State Affairs Committee voted in favor of a bill that would require a physician to perform a sonogram on a  pregnant woman two hours before performing an abortion.

And

In its original form, doctors would be required to perform a sonogram, explain the procedure as it is performed and require a woman to see the image and hear the heartbeat of the fetus. That version contained language that allowed a woman to "avert her eyes" if she chose. A committee substitute introduced Wednesday would allow a woman to refuse to see the sonogram or hear the heartbeat.

This is not a post about abortion,  funny enough it is about the arrogance of the ruling class and depths they will descend to make the sheep dance to their tune. Oh sure you ( the little people) can have your "freedoms" all right, just as long as you are willing to do this little wee (calculated to be humiliating) thing to please your rulers. But you can do it sheepy............

Passive aggressive much Governor Perry?

Let them eat Khale

Her Royal Highness of  US of A, Ms.Obama has decided that parents need to be able to go into ANY restaurant and be confident that they can get their child a healthy meal. Of course the ignorant peasants parents are not smart enough to know what their children should eat or even where a good meal can be found soooo she is in "talks" with the restaurant association to address this issue.

After wrapping her arms around the retail giant Wal-Mart and trying to cajole foodmakers into producing nutrition labels that are easier to understand, Michelle Obama has her sights set on a new target: the nation's restaurants. A team of advisers to the First Lady has been holding private talks over the past year with the National Restaurant Association, a trade group, in a bid to get restaurants to adopt her goals of smaller portions and children's meals that include offerings healthier than French fries and soda, according to White House and industry officials.

Well Missy Obama lets take a look at what YOU and your photo op sidekick served for dinner to your guests last night shall we?

For his Super Bowl party Sunday evening, Obama is offering Yuengling Lager and Light, brewed in Pennsylvania and Hinterland Pale Ale and Amber Ale, all the way from Wisconsin. Independents can pour down some White House Honey Ale if they like.
The rest of the menu for the 100 or so guests at the White House bash is tailgate-friendly even if served inside the Executive Mansion: bratwurst, kielbasa, cheeseburgers, deep-dish pizza and Buffalo wings with sides of German potato salad, twice-baked potatoes and assorted chips and dips.
Tsk Tsk that is very disappointing, nary a salad or low-fat entrĂ©e to be found on that menu is there? But not to worry my Queen de US of A, I am sure your consort will continue to make inroads with the economy to the point where only you and your fellow  class crones will be able to afford to go out to any dinning establishment. See problem solved...Non? Bon Appetite.

Yarths..

This is unfortunately not so unusual,

A dinner lady who was sacked for mentioning a bullying incident to a child's parents has won her unfair dismissal case.

Carol Hill, 60, witnessed seven-year-old Chloe David being tied to a fence and whipped with a skipping rope by four children at Grey Tey primary school near Colchester in Essex.

Assuming the school had reported the incident to the child's parents, Mrs Hill later mentioned it to them. Chloe's parents had been informed by the school that their daughter had suffered the rope burns on her wrist and whip marks on her legs in a 'minor accident', with no mention of the bullying.

I have  few issues with this story.

WTHeck? What sort of parent swallows that the wrist rope burns and whip marks on their 7 year old's legs were the result of an minor accident. Just  exactly what kinda unthinking idiot believes that fairy tale just because they have been programmed to trust the lying, covering their behinds from liability, school official who told them so? I am, as they say, Gob-smacked...

Well of course the school had to make an example of the concerned employee who innocently spoke the TRUTH to the parents.  They can't have interactions between school officials, students and parents that is honest and above board now can we?  People might question what is really going on in those aptly named institutions that they daily entrust  their children to..

Looking like a shovel and a waterproof strong box

are about to be the order of the day,

The most striking example is Hungary, where last month the government made the citizens an offer they could not refuse. They could either remit their individual retirement savings to the state, or lose the right to the basic state pension (but still have an obligation to pay contributions for it). In this extortionate way, the government wants to gain control over $14bn of individual retirement savings.

At least 5 countries have taken over pension funds and some  private savings?

Well of course they did.  What else could they do? Stop spending before they impoverish the whole populace that slaves for them that they are charged to take care of?

Not like this would be startling here in good ol Canerder eh. We had a lovely Prime Minister unilaterally decided to steal the dedicated surplus from the Employment insurance program for what ever he saw fit. Well he had to, you see he was short of that other passel of stolen funds we affectionately call taxes for his spending habits he refused to curb.

Reaction? Outrage? Riots in the streets? Errrr no not really, not tooo much was said about that drive mauling. Of course since then the program has been underfunded to a point where it is almost impossible to collect and not have clawed back if you ever made a decent wage or don't have seasonal employment.

Stealing from Peter to pay Paul.

Yup a shovel and a good waterproof strong box are starting to sound right just about now....Buy gold and silver, our paper is rotting.

Celine on a Nanny state roll

Celine Hervieux-Payette has reintroduced her bill to ban spanking:

Liberal Sen. Celine Hervieux-Payette has tabled bill S-204 which would repeal section 43 of the Criminal Code. Section 43 allows teachers, parents or a person standing in the place of a parent to use force as a means of discipline "if the force does not exceed what is reasonable under the circumstances." Force could include picking up a child and removing them from a situation against their will.
Jeepers Celine you are aware that not a single vote has been cast for you since 1980 right? That no one gives a rodent's behind what your opinion is on anything, that you have been rejected at least three times by the lowly electorate? That you are nothing but a political crony appointment ? Perhaps you could just  collect your ill gotten gains and lay low like a normal thief would? Oh no not you Celine....

Parents do not own their children. Children are individuals. Their protection should therefore take precedence over the protection of adults and over the imaginary risk of legal action against them.”

That may be so, for some, then why are parents being held responsible for their childrens actions? ( well it can't be their children if the parents do not own them...well now I am just confused by this whole concept.)  If the children are NOT mine Celine do you imagine they are the property of the state? Should we just all hand over our ovaries and sperm. Let the state make some kinda cocktail and throw them in cute sterile test tubes and when these soldiers of the state are born place them in nice clean BORG maturation chambers run by  those whom you can trust to raise them?

I'm all about protecting the children....from abuse. I used to be in the child protection racket for that very reason. But discipline and abuse are two veeeeery different matters aren't they? I have never been a "spanker" myself. I think it lacks imagination and is counter-productive to a child learning respect for people and their bodies. It's just like schools failing to stop bullying because most teachers and the school system spends it's whole time bullying the child in one form or another. It defies logic, it is not MY practice to spank, but I can certainly see it as a part of the parenting arsenal. See Celine as you said children are indeed individuals, not every parenting technique  works the same way on each child. I know this may be a hard concept to grasp but some kids you just have to give "the look" to and voila you have instant compliance, another child? Not so much.

I also think that NOT teaching children, spoiling them, by not making them behave in a  acceptable manner is an under rated form of abuse.

Full disclosure: While I have never "spanked" I must confess that I have tapped a hand or two when that hand has been stretched out to touch plugs or a hot stove. No marks or injuries ensued from my actions Celine.

Come on Celine,  forcibly removing a child against their will is to be banned by yours truly? So if a child is about to walk into a busy street and does not feel like listening to a  request to not do such a dangerous thing it will be illegal to pick them up and remove them from the street against their will? So if I am camping and the children insist on walking on the rim of the fire pit a soft tap on the derriere after picking them up and forcibly removing them from the rim of the lit fire pit will be against the law? If a child continues to bite other children it will be illegal to pick that child up and put them in their room? Time outs are now on the outs?

Wow just wow.......you know the tables have certainly turned from the days when the role of government was to serve you and yours. No question these folks think you are here to serve their ends.

Anybody tired of tax eaters and their act yet?

Fully Informed Jury Association making an impact?

Town can't find jurors willing to convict in Pot case.

A man with a string of convictions and a reputation as a drug dealer was going on trial in Montana for distributing a small amount of marijuana found in his home—if only the court could find jurors willing to send someone to jail for selling a few marijuana buds. The problem began during jury selection this month in Missoula, when a potential juror said she would have a “real problem” convicting someone for selling such a small amount. But she would follow the law if she had to, she said.
A woman behind her was adamant. “I can’t do it,” she said, prompting Judge Robert L. Deschamps III to excuse her. Another juror raised a hand, the judge recalled, “and said, ‘I was convicted of marijuana possession a few years ago, and it ruined my life.’ “ Excused.
“Then one of the people in the jury box said, ‘Tell me, how much marijuana are we talking about? ... If it was a pound or a truckload or something like that, OK, but I’m not going to convict someone of a sale with two or three buds,’ “ the judge said. “And at that point, four or five additional jurors spontaneously raised their hands and said, ‘Me, too.’ “
By that time, Deschamps knew he had a jury problem.

This good....not because I am a pot smoker, found out in high school it just made me sleepy not high, but because it is a total waste all around. No I am NOT going to argue about the effects of pot or anything like that, it's a freedom issue for me.

“We’ve got a lot of citizens obviously that are not willing to hold people accountable for sales in small amounts, or at least have some deep misgivings about it. And I think if I excuse a quarter or a third of a jury panel just to get people who are willing to convict, is that really a fair representation of the community? I mean, people are supposed to be tried by a jury of their peers.”

What a taxeater that recognises that it might be cheating or defying the spirit of the system to keep dismissing until he could stack the jury? Never say so.

“It’s becoming an increasing problem. People just don’t seem to care about marijuana cases anymore,” said Brian Towne, the LaSalle County prosecuting attorney.
The issue is ripe in Montana, which is home to the headquarters of the Fully Informed Jury Association, a national group that encourages jurors to nullify laws they believe are unjust.

Look Rocky while I pull a

rabbit, or should we say sacrificial lamb, Outta our hats.

Notice how the story is Julian now and not the information released? How short an attention span or how easily the sheep are distracted by a media directed feeding frenzy.

Gotta love the Honey pot charges and the nice touch of freezing all his bank accounts and assets, in an attempt to undermine his ability to mount a serious defense against the limitless pockets of Tax payer stolen funds that every P.O.'d government has at it's disposal......

You have a right to be a victim.

Heh......gotta love it. Someone forgot we do NOT have a castle law, a right to defend one's self or your property even if the gun is unloaded. Guns are like "threatening" or something.

"I yelled at them and said 'Everyone be quiet' and I told my wife to call 911."

He said he watched as his neighbour rounded up three strangers - all of whom looked like adults but turned out to be minors.

With the situation under control, Manzer, shirtless in the minus-13 degree night, went back inside and locked up his gun before heading back out.

He said Mounties arrived on the scene 15 minutes later, took the three youths into custody and confiscated a near-empty liquor bottle.

When a Mountie showed up at his door six days later on Good Friday, Manzer assumed they were coming to take a statement.

Instead, he says he was arrested in front of his wife and kids. Then the Mounties seized his shotgun and hunting rifles.
The neighbour who nabbed the youths was also arrested and told he was being charged with assault. That charge was not approved by the Crown prosecutor's office.
Manzer, who said he was photographed and fingerprinted, has trouble digesting the turn of events.

Question: Why do people still call 911?

More serve and protect

Ladies don't question your betters,

The events began when Bonds was stopped by police for no reason on Rideau Street. They ran her name through their computer and nothing came up, so they told her to keep walking home.

But after a few steps, she turned back and asked the officers why they had bothered to stop her in the first place, and things took a rapid turn.

The officers then arrested her for public intoxication, but that arrest, according to Lajoie, was unlawful because she was not drunk — not even close, the judge ruled.

That was just the beginning,

A judge has condemned a handful of Ottawa police officers for subjecting a female prisoner to “an indignity” in a strip search of the young woman, who had her shirt and bra cut off by a male officer, only to be left partially clad in soiled pants in a jail cell for three hours.

Moments before Stacy Bonds, a 27-year-old theatrical make-up artist with no criminal record, was stripped of her clothes by Sgt. Steve Desjourdy, she was also the victim of “two extremely violent knee hits in the back by Special Constable (Melanie) Morris, and (had) her hair pulled back and her face shoved forward,” Justice Richard Lajoie said.

A police station videotape had captured the events of Sept. 26, 2008.

Lajoie made an oral ruling on Oct. 27, deciding to stay a charge against Bonds of assaulting police. In his ruling, the judge severely criticized the officers’ actions, saying “there is no reasonable explanation for Sgt. Desjourdy to have cut Ms. Bonds’ shirt and bra off, and there is no reason, apart from vengeance and malice, to have left Ms. Bonds in the cell for a period of three hours and 15 minutes partially clad and having soiled her pants, before she received what is called a blue suit.

“That is an indignity towards a human being and should be denounced.”

Desjourdy cut off Bonds’ shirt and bra with scissors after she was forced to the floor with a plastic riot shield in the police department’s booking room.
Internal investigation now being conducted on the behaviour of the Officers involved. If I didn't know better and have supreme confidence in the police department's mental health testing I might be tricked into suspecting we have a wee bit of a sadistic bastard on our hands here.

It’s not the first time Desjourdy has been under investigation. Days before this 2008 case, he kicked and Tasered a female prisoner in the cell block twice. In 2009, he pleaded guilty under the Police Act and was demoted for three months from sergeant to constable.

Yup a real gentleman that one, he has such a way with the ladies.....

Remembrance Day

Yesterday was Remembrance day and it is an extremely important day to Canada...

and it's economy. It is the day that the Tax eaters, who have a paid stat holiday, go into the malls and kick off their Holiday (used to be called CHRISTMAS back when dinos and knuckle dragging Neanderthals roamed the earth) shopping and jump start the  retail sector of our economy.

God bless them Veterans and how we commemorate their service with solemn reflection.

Ding Dong

Acorn falling,

On this election night, there is a stunning turn from ACORN.

It has filed for bankruptcy.

In an announcement on its website, Bertha Lewis, the CEO of the troubled activist group, says that ACORN has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the reason stemming from the legal troubles surrounding numerous voter registration investigations across the country. The scandals led Congress to vote to cut off federal funding, and the group also lost some government support.

"The ongoing political onslaught caused irreparable harm," wrote Lewis, who blames "a right-wing media blitz." She says "allegations and reports will continue to try to undermine all that ACORN has done, "but says that "ACORN will live on in the hearts of the people it served, and as those of us who fight for justice know, ‘THE PEOPLE UNITED WILL NEVER BE DEFEATED."

Yeah, yeah it's : C'est na pas ma  fault, it's bush's fault....bye bye.

I swear they just make this sh*t up

according to their feelings on the topic. Strike a blow for freedom and the sheeple, another decision by an unelected, unaccountable, position for life Supreme court "judges".

No right to counsel during interrogation: top court

Police are winning the unceasing war over the rights of suspected criminals on a major battleground – the Supreme Court of Canada.

In a ruling full of friction between a bare majority of judges wanting to avoid hampering officers in their work and a minority fighting for the rights of the accused, the court said on Friday that while suspects have a right to consult a lawyer and to be informed of that right, they don’t have a right to legal counsel while they are being interrogated.

Well thats crystal clear ain't it? You have the right to talk to a lawyer, but you do not have a right to have that lawyer in the room with you after initial contact and have the benefit of the advice of said lawyer during interrogation. Lawyers are now effectively barred from the interrogation room. My that will work well now won't it? In dissent of that SC decision:

Judge Binnie said that expecting a defense lawyer to effectively advise a client who is shut away in an interrogation room is the equivalent of playing him a phone message that states: “You have reached counsel. Keep your mouth shut. Press one to repeat this message.”

No kidding, still think  the government or Supreme court has your best interest in mind with these kind of edicts?

H/T Cha-cha

Want to see what state run Health Care will get ya?

It's always comforting when one lets their betters, bureaucrats with your best interests in mind, instead of capitalist dogs, make these Health care decisions. I mean what could go wrong?

This Saturday, one of Greece’s most respected newspapers, To Vima, reported that the nation’s largest government health insurance provider would no longer pay for special footwear for  Diabetes Patients.  Amputation is cheaper, says the Benefits Division of the state insurance provider.
