Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm aren't as bad as what some younger parents had to put up with. I can remember the looks in their eyes when I brought out the targets with that Purple Pest on them.
I sort of, kinda, a little, got used to Cookie monster.
I never really listened to the words before I just remembered the chorus...
Thank goodness none of my children have ever gotten attached to Barney! I don't think I could have stood that.
AS for the famous Sesame street? One of my kids was deathly afraid of puppets, they totally creeped him out, as if somehow he sensed they were just wrong, so sesame street was out.
